Junior Trainer/Educator

Job Description

-Manage the end to end training including: training schedule, training room setup, material preparation and conduct training.

-Create an effective and up to date training slides and tools

-Evaluate effectiveness of training and enhance training accordingly

-Translate requirements into trainings that will groom individuals for the next step of their journey.

-Support Marketing in beauty live events/workshop/roadshow/in salon master class.

-Keep up to date with developments in training & research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.

-To be able to perform treatment for in house R & D, testimonies campaign, media, KOL / when necessary



Senior Trainer/Educator

Job Description

-To work closely with the Manager and internal departments to support the education department objectives.

-To conduct training and seminar on the products & treatments to support the dealers or customers patronize our products & treatments.

-Propose and implement a feasible marketing plan on the products to help to lift sales.

-Conduct panel test on new products, market research, competitors’ analysis and solicit relevant information to prepare a solid Product presentation for both new and existing products, and to update it from time to time to ensure relevance and as deemed required.

-To maintain positive working relationships with company customers

-To uphold company & brand image of professionalism

-Design and implementation of in-house training and coaching sessions

Requirements

-Fresh graduate/graduated from beauty academy/ 3 years of experience in salon experience, customer handling /training/consultant role

-Beauty related certificates like SKM 1, 2, 3 CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO and other related beauty certification.

-Proficiency in English & Mandarin (speaking & writing)

-Strong interpersonal skill, someone who enjoys interacting with people

-An individual who is eager to learn and willing to go extra miles

-Experience in hosting FB/Youtube Livestream would be an added advantage

-Due to business requirement, good command of spoken and written English & Chinese are required

-Excellent communication skills and analytical skills

-Good presentation skills

-Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently, and to work on weekend when necessary.
