Job Descriptions

Supervise and support the premium collection updates and processing of billing, collection and payout applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Review and execute payouts for cash benefit, dividends, maturity, annuity and suspense.

Analyse operational reports, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes and implement corrective or preventive actions.

Prepare monthly ageing suspense reports for Team Lead’s review.

Assist the Team Lead in monitoring billing and refund cycles.

Investigate and assess straightforward escalated cases and provide clear recommendations for the Team Lead approval.

Handle enquiries from policyholders, financial representatives and internal stakeholders.

Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.



Job Requirements

Possesses Diploma and above

At least 4 years of relevant experiences in the similar industry

Strong attention to detail with ability to perform quality reviews
