BIM Manager / Lead / Senior / Coordinator (MEP DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage BIM execution across multiple projects

Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices

Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure model integration

Oversee clash detection, model audits, and data validation processes

Manage BIM deliverables, including models, drawings, and documentation

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM coordinators and modelers

Liaise with clients and stakeholders on BIM requirements and progress

Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Minimum 5–10 years of BIM experience, with leadership exposure preferred

Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC

Experience in large-scale construction or data centre projects is an advantage

Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (MEP + Architectural)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead teams and manage project timelines effectively

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in international project environments

Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent)

Prior experience in managing BIM teams or project delivery
