Boutique Sales Assistant

Requirements
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Experience in retail or fashion boutique is an advantage.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
-Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
-Location: Bawal Exclusive, IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
-Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the boutique.
-Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
-Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
-Maintain good relationships with returning customers (customer loyalty).

2. Sales & Promotion
-Promote and sell boutique products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
-Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
-Assist in organizing in-store promotions and campaigns.
-Keep updated with the latest product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.

3. Store Presentation
-Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
-Arrange and replenish product displays according to company guidelines.
-Check product labeling, price tags, and display materials for accuracy.

4. Inventory & Stock Control
-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
-Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
-Monitor product levels and inform the supervisor of low or damaged items.

5. Cashiering & Administrative Tasks
-Handle cash, credit card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
-Prepare daily sales reports or summaries when required.
-Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.

6. Teamwork & Operations
-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Attend team meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
-Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
