Boutique Supervisor

Requirements
-Minimum Education: SPM / Diploma in Retail, Business, or related field.
-Experience: At least 1-2 years in a retail supervisory or senior sales role.

Skills:
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Good salesmanship and customer handling.
-Basic computer skills (POS system, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
-Location: Bawal Exclusive, IOI City Mall, Putrajaya

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service
-Achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs.
-Provide high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Staff Supervision
-Supervise and motivate retail staff to meet sales goals.
-Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and conduct basic training for new staff.
-Monitor staff performance and report to management.

Store Operations
-Ensure boutique is clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times.
-Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
-Perform cash register operations and handle payment processes.

Inventory & Stock
-Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and manage replenishment needs.
-Coordinate with the inventory team on stock movement and deliveries.
-Prevent loss or damage through proper stock handling and storage.

Visual Merchandising
-Ensure products are displayed attractively based on branding guidelines.
-Maintain seasonal and promotional visual setups.
