Branch Manager / Department Head / Management Trainee

Job Description

In charge of handling various operational aspects such as managing inventories, recruiting staff, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales performance.

Resolve issues from consumers and retain good customer relationship.


Job Requirements

Candidate preferably have 2 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for department head

Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply for department head

Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for branch manager

Able to work accordingly to retail hours (shift work), including weekends & public holidays

Possess strong leadership attributes and good role model


Working location

Pulau Pinang - Ayer Hitam, Butterworth

Pahang - Jengka

Negeri Sembilan - Kuala Pilah, Lukut

Selangor - Kapar, Pandamaran, Kuala Kubu Bahru, Klang Valley, Setia Taipan

Perak - Seri Iskandar

Management Trainee - RM 2200 - RM 2400

Department Head - RM 2500 - RM 3800

Manager - RM 4000 - RM 5500
