Job description:

Responsible for the business development.

Monitor, track and review the performance of sales personnel based on targets.

Initiate and implement business expansion exercise to further develop business.

Guide and develop new business according to Company’s established plans and policies.

To lead, plan and conduct product training and marketing events/activities to improve business and competency of sales personnel.

Attend to sales personnel enquiries by providing the accurate solution..

To frequently conduct online & offline sessions such as trainings, briefings and even Facebook Live for our sales personnel.



Job requirement:

Possess a minimum professional certification / Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and equivalent.

A minimum 5 years working experience, comprising of a minimum of 3 years experience leading a team.

Experience in financial institutions and/or any other related industry will be an added advantage.

Enjoy meeting with people, result oriented, able to multi tasks and a team player.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

High computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

Possess own transport.
