Job Description

-To set performance goals, conduct regular evaluation, and provide training opportunities.
-Lead and manage the sales teams to achieve and exceed targets for heavy equipment sales and after sales services.
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase the customer base.
-Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, both company-wide and site specific.
-Stay updates on local, and federal regulation pertaining to the heavy equipment industry.
