Brand Activation Executive (Property Development)

Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution: Assist in developing brand strategies and creative concepts that resonate with audiences and enhance brand perception.

On-Ground Activation: Support the end-to-end execution of large-scale events, including vendor coordination, on-site setup, and guest engagement.

Content & Narratives: Develop compelling brand stories and festive narratives across multiple platforms to build long-term brand connection.

Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends and digital innovations, including AI tools, to ensure activations remain fresh and innovative.

Brand Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and event touchpoints align with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Skills & Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or event activation (experience in property/real estate industry is an added advantage).

Event Enthusiast: Strong background or interest in event management; comfortable being hands-on and involved in on-site execution.

Creative Mindset: Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and able to develop fresh, innovative ideas.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.

Analytical Mindset: Data-driven and comfortable using digital insights to improve campaign performance.
