Brand Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. KOL Content & Activation

-Coordinate with KOLs and creators to plan, brief, and execute engaging content that reflects Bath Garden’s fun, youthful energy.

-Track KOL performance and content timeline to ensure deliverables are met.

-Support livestream or on-ground activations involving KOLs and partners.

2. Affiliate Marketing

-Recruit, brief, and manage affiliate partners to grow brand awareness and conversion.

-Track affiliate sales performance and prepare weekly reports.

-Support campaign ideation and promo planning for affiliate pushes.

3. Brand Campaign & Collaboration

-Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and events — from concept to post-launch recap.

-Support creative brainstorming, campaign coordination, and cross-team execution.

-Liaise with collaboration partners to manage deliverables, visuals, and timelines.

4. Social Media & Community

-Assist in planning and scheduling content across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee).

-Monitor comments, trends, and community feedback to keep engagement strong.

-Work closely with the Content and Design teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and look.

5. Ad Hoc Brand Projects

-Support any ad hoc brand-related initiatives, campaigns, or activations as needed.

-Be adaptable to help where needed to ensure smooth brand execution.

Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

-Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with KOL management background, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

-Able to communicate effectively in English, and Malay (both written and spoken)

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
