Job Description
负责海运及空运货物运输的客户服务与跟进工作。
与客户沟通货物运输安排，包括订舱、出货、清关及派送进度。
跟进运输文件及单据，如 Invoice、Packing List、Bill of Lading（提单）、Air Waybill（空运提单）等。
协调内部部门及代理、车队、仓库、报关行等相关单位，确保货物顺利运输。
跟进货物状态并及时向客户更新运输进度。
处理客户询问、投诉及异常情况，并提供解决方案。
准备报价、账单及相关运输费用文件。
负责系统资料输入、文件整理及归档工作。
协助安排清关、送货及其他物流相关事务。
完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
职位要求：
具备良好的沟通与协调能力。
熟悉海运、空运及物流流程者优先。
能够独立处理客户问题及跟进运输事项。
熟悉电脑操作（Excel、Email、物流系统）者优先。
工作细心、责任感强，具团队合作精神。
能以中文、英文沟通者优先。
