Urgent Hiring – Business Analyst (Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Position: Business Analyst (Open to local fresh graduates & Preferred local Chinese candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops or interviews to gather, validate, and document business requirements.

Analyze and model business processes, identifying improvement opportunities.

Assess risks, benefits, and business impacts of proposed solutions.

Support project transition, change control, and cost estimation activities.

Communicate project progress, issues, and updates with stakeholders.

Simplify technical information for better understanding across teams.

Support the delivery team in solution implementation and testing.

(For senior roles) Provide guidance and training to team members.

Job Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience as a PM, BA Lead, or in a similar role within the insurance IT industry.

Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments.

Strong communication skills in Mandarin.

Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and learning ability.

Able to work under pressure and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in insurance, finance, or related fields.

Experience as a Product Manager is an advantage.

Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
