Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business & Requirements Analysis

Obtain, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders

Facilitate requirement discussions, workshops, and clarification sessions

Translate regulatory, compliance, and business needs into clear system requirements for delivery teams

Documentation & Technical Writing

Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, SOPs, user guides, and system documentation

Document system workflows, data flows, integrations, and edge cases clearly and consistently

Ensure documentation remains up to date with product and system changes

Product & Delivery Support

Work closely with Product Team to support roadmap execution and feature definition

Support tech teams by clarifying requirements and expected system behaviour

Assist in UAT preparation by ensuring test scenarios align with documented requirements

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product, tech, compliance, and operations teams

Support alignment between business intent, system implementation, and delivered functionality

Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps, ambiguities, and inefficiencies in requirements and documentation

Recommend improvements to documentation standards, templates, and analysis processes

Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the company as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3–4 years’ experience in business analysis, system analysis, or technical documentation

Skilled in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

Experienced in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows

Familiar with digital products, system integrations, APIs, and SDLC (Agile or hybrid)

Strong technical writing skills for clear and maintainable documentation

Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Experience with regulated or government-linked systems is a plus
