Business Consultant

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Interpret customer requirements and demonstrate product value by defining appropriate methodologies and documentation.

Analyze and document customer needs, while constructively challenging existing processes to drive improvement.

Lead solution positioning, develop technical application use cases, and ensure accuracy of all customer-facing collateral.

Contribute to or conduct proof of concept activities to validate proposed solutions.

Act as a key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring effective support, issue resolution, and end-user enablement.

Leverage project deliverables to create reusable assets and best practices for future engagements.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field

At least 3 years of experience in functional consulting or business analyst role

Experience with Technology Implementation and Object-Oriented Diagramming

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or manufacturing environment is a plus

DELMIA Quintiq Industry Knowledge is a plus

Chinese, Japanese, Korean is a plus
