Business Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and operational support to management and business teams
* Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, reports, correspondence, and business documentation
* Monitor and follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment status
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
* Assist in scheduling meetings, business activities, and management appointments
* Support project tracking and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
* Assist in procurement, inventory monitoring, and operational coordination
* Ensure all business documents are properly maintained and updated
* Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by management



Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Prefer can speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
