Job Description

Business Growth & Partnership Development
-Identify, develop, and secure new B2B2C partnerships across channels such as airlines, airports, duty-free, banks, corporate gifting, and loyalty/rewards platforms, contributing to consistent monthly and quarterly new partner acquisition targets.
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring healthy conversion rates from outreach to deal closure.
-Proactively pitch Celovis brand and product offerings, structuring partnership models that generate revenue while maintaining brand positioning.
-Expand brand’s presence into new channels and markets, both locally and internationally.

Account Management & Relationship Building
-Manage end-to-end partner relationships from onboarding to execution, ensuring timely launch of each partnership within agreed timelines.
-Maintain strong partner engagement to drive repeat orders, long-term collaborations, and account growth.
-Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention by delivering consistent communication and operational -support.

Commercial Planning & Execution
-Develop customised proposals, pricing structures, and product assortments tailored to each partner’s business model.
-Work closely with internal teams (especially production, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, product delivery, and launches.
-Ensure all partnerships meet targeted revenue contribution and margin expectations.

Market Expansion & Insights
-Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, partnership channels, and emerging trends.
-Monitor competitor activities and benchmark partnership strategies to remain competitive.
-Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve partnership performance and unlock new revenue streams.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Track and manage partnership pipeline, ensuring strong conversion rates from lead generation to deal closure.
-Monitor revenue contribution from B2B2C channels and continuously optimise performance.
-Prepare regular reports on partner performance, sales contribution, and growth opportunities for management review.
-Identify gaps and implement improvements to accelerate deal cycles and increase overall business impact.

Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
-Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Commercially driven with strong business acumen
-Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented
-Strong relationship-building and networking skills
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
-Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
