Business Development Manager, Business Banking

Responsibilities:
-To achieve assigned targets as a Business Development Manager, Business Banking, focus on proactively marketing and originating Guarantee Instalment Loan products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
-Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio.
-Customer Experience: Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
-Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Requirements:
-Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs.
-Knowledge: Good understanding of Guarantee Instalment Loan products.
-Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
