Skills: Fluent in English, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge: Familiar with market trends, consumer behaviour and advertising channels.

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for driving business growth.



Responsibilities

Generate New Leads: Identify and target new clients, pitch tailored solutions and close deals.

Market Insights: Stay informed on trends and competitors to refine business strategies.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with creative and strategy teams to deliver optimal client solutions.

Networking: Represent the agency at industry events and expand the agency’s network.
