Requirements
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1 Work Experience: Min 2 years experience in related field.
2 Professional Qualification: Min SPM leaver, or related working experience.
3 Skills & Training:
a) Good personality, able to communicate with all level of personnel and good co-operation.
b) Able to work independent and good personality.
c) Must be computer literate.
d) Good written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
e) Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the specifications of the export / domestic sales are in accordance to the sales contract.
2. Keep track with the current production status so to ensure the timely delivery.
3. Liaise with forwarding / shipping agent or transporter to ensure all import/shipment / local delivery documents are properly planned & executed.
4. Prepare all necessary shipping documents for custom-use proposes and for local delivery based on company's procedures.
5. Apply custom rebate.
6. Work closely with production & warehouse to update inventory system.
7. Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
