Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Own the annual business plan and turn it into clear goals your team can implement.
Drive the Malaysia & Brunei strategy to grow market share and category performance.
Lead and coach a team of 4–7 direct reports (Sales Manager + Sales Executives).
Run sales & marketing execution on the ground from strategy to results.
Manage distributor performance and elevate go-to-market execution in selected markets.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals, including business reviews.
Partner closely with Commercial/Marketing to shape campaigns, pricing, sales processes, and promotions.
Keep everything compliant (healthcare rules, ethical selling) while delivering strong growth.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
8–10 years in medical device sales (surgical / hospital-facing experience is a big plus).
Proven record of hitting targets and growing a territory/category.
Strong business development skills (opening doors, building pipelines, expanding accounts).
Confident leading people you’ve managed/coached a team and enjoy developing talent.
Comfortable influencing cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Commercial, distributors, leadership).
Strong communication skills you can present, negotiate, and build trust with senior partners.
Able to travel as needed across Malaysia + Brunei.
