Business Quality Analyst

· Work closely with Project Managers, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear and detailed requirements.

· Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, functional specifications, and user manuals.

· Analyse business logic, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and provide recommendations to improve workflows or user experience.

· Convert business requirements into well-structured test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure full coverage of business flows.

· Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to validate that the system meets both technical and business expectations.

· Support user acceptance testing and track them to closure.

· Conduct impact analysis for new features, enhancements, or change requests.

· Participate in grooming sessions, requirement discussions, and sprint planning to provide both requirement clarity and quality perspective.

· Communicate findings, risks, and improvement suggestions through clear reports, defect summaries, and test results.

· Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with business goals before deployment.

· Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant changes.
