BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and business partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support, and account management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

2. Business Development
- Identify potential business opportunities and actively approach new clients.
- Promote the company’s products and services to expand the client base.
- Conduct phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

3. Strategic Negotiation & Collaboration
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and support to provide tailored solutions for clients.

4. Market & Industry Awareness
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights that help improve business strategies and service offerings.

5. Operations Support
- Stationed at the Safety Deposit Center designated by the Company.
- Attend to customers and merchants visiting the Safety Deposit Box Center.
- Present, test, and securely store gold ordered by customers or merchants.

6. Reporting & Performance
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations when required.
- Track performance and contribute towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
