Business Supervisor / Business Executive 商务专员

Job Responsibilities：
1. Act as the main point of contact with end users for supply and installation contracts, including but not limited to contract drafting and signing, invoicing and payment collection, and import customs clearance (coordinating with outsourced import/export agents)
2. Review and revise project tenders and commercial quotations
3. Coordinate with the Procurement and Project teams to ensure project progress aligns with contract requirements
4. Liaise with branch offices and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth contract execution and timely issue resolution
5. Handle business communications and client reception activities
6. Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related fields
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
3. Presentable with good professional image
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with strong learning ability, communication skills, and execution capability
6. Strong team player with good professional ethics and ability to work under pressure
7. Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages
