Café Operations Supervisor

What You’ll Do
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, studio, and reception areas.
-Ensure everything runs efficiently, cleanly, and up to our service standards.
-Manage stock, place orders, and keep supplies in check to minimize waste.
-Lead and motivate the team — train new members, manage shifts, and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
-Jump in during busy times to support the crew and maintain smooth service.
-Handle customer feedback and make sure every guest leaves with a smile.
-Help track sales, handle transactions, and support basic reporting.

What We’re Looking For
-At least 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role.
-Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to bring out the best in people.
-Hands-on and flexible; not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out.
-Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
-Positive, dependable, and passionate about creating a great experience for both customers and team members.
