Job Description
* 门店日常营运与风味品控：吧台出品标准执行、日常开闭店流程、服务动线维护，以及面向本地熟客与新加坡/国际游客的接待体验。
* 教育培训与杯测活动协调：配合咖啡导师排班、手冲/拉花课程与定期杯测会（Cupping）的现场物料准备、学员接待与场地协调。
* 团队管理与基础数据跟进：吧台团队日常排班与基础培训、日营业额与会员充值数据对账、客诉与突发状况的第一时间处理。
