Cafe Manager / Assistant Manager - Bangi

-Manage and supervise daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow.
-Supervise and guide outlet staff in daily tasks and responsibilities.
-Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
-Monitor product quality, stock levels, and display standards.
-Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment in the cafe.
-Handle customer feedback and maintain service quality.
-Support outlet sales targets and operational efficiency.
-Ensure outlet readiness for internal and external audits.
-Coordinate with central departments such as Production, Marketing, HR and Maintenance.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
