💼 What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound & outbound calls related to customer loan accounts

Assist customers with enquiries, payment info, and basic account support

Update customer details accurately in the system

Follow up on pending cases or customer requests

Escalate more complex issues to the relevant team

Ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent customer service

✅ What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in any field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Positive attitude & willingness to learn

💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary: RM2,000 (Basic)

Fixed working hours – 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM (Work-life balance 👍)

Office hours only (No night shift!)
