Care Experience Associate

Key Responsibilities
Personal Care Support: Assist seniors with daily living activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, grooming, and other personal care needs.

Health & Wellbeing Assistance: Support basic health and wellness monitoring under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.

Companionship & Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with seniors by providing emotional support and engaging them in activities that promote mental and social wellbeing.

Care Experience Excellence: Deliver compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care by applying the knowledge and techniques acquired through the professional training programme.

Requirements & Qualifications
Malaysian citizen.

Minimum SPM, SKM, or SPMV qualification (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Currently unemployed and actively seeking employment.

Able to commit to the full 4-month programme (training and internship).

Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Physically fit and emotionally resilient to perform caregiving responsibilities.

No criminal record and no prior participation in similar K-Youth programmes.

Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 per month.
