Qualifications

Requirements:
1. SPM / equivalent qualification
2. Age 18 years and above, Malaysian
3. Experience in retail or customer service
4. Care in handling transactions and monitoring stock is sufficient
5. Good communication skills for interaction with customers
4. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
5. Can work near AEON AU2 Setiawangsa
6. Have Typhoid vaccination & Food Handling Certificate

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service, answer customer inquiries
-Control cash transactions properly
-Keeping the counter area organized, tidy, clean and attractive
-Ensure counter equipment is working & report problems
-Monitor and replace product stock when necessary
-Ensure work areas, such as food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized
-Handle cashier duties, including processing payments via cash, card, or e-wallet, proficiently using POS systems
