Key Responsibilities
Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with payment channels (e-wallets, banks, QR networks) across SEA and LATAM markets.

Lead end-to-end onboarding of new payment methods, including commercial negotiation and integration coordination

Work closely with internal product and tech teams to ensure smooth API integration and go-live process

Maintain strong relationships with partners and monitor performance (transaction success rate, uptime, settlement flow)

Coordinate with partners on pricing (MDR), settlement terms, and compliance requirements

Stay updated on payment trends, regulations, and new local payment methods across SEA markets

Troubleshoot and resolve operational or integration issues with partners



Requirements
Must Have

2–5 years experience in payment, fintech, partnerships, or API-based products

Strong understanding of payment ecosystem (e-wallets, bank transfers, QR payments, acquiring flow)

Experience working with external partners (B2B) and managing end-to-end onboarding

Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, or banks

Exposure to regional payment methods (e.g. TNG, DuitNow, QRIS, etc.)

Understanding of settlement, reconciliation, and payment flow

Familiar with API integration concepts (no coding required, but must understand workflow)
