Job Description

Store Area Manager:

I. Store Operations Standards Empowerment and Supervision

Develop store operational inspection standards and specifications, conduct regular on-site audits and assessments, and provide professional empowerment.

Supervise store execution in areas such as environmental hygiene, product quality, service levels, and equipment facilities to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Propose corrective recommendations to regional teams and stores that do not meet standards, and follow up on implementation progress to ensure issues are closed out.

Provide operational management training support to regional teams to enhance their professional capabilities and management skills.

II. Store Performance Improvement Guidance and Assessment

Analyze store operational data to identify key areas and issues for performance improvement, and provide targeted operational guidance.

Assist stores in developing marketing strategies and promotional activity plans to drive sales growth and increase profits.

Collect and share best practices and success stories from high-performing stores to promote learning and exchange among regions and continuously improve overall operational levels.

III. Store Personnel Management Supervision

Empower regional teams to establish standards for "recruiting, selecting, training, and retaining" talent to improve overall team quality.

Supervise whether store practices in recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and incentives comply with company policies and local labor regulations.

Monitor employee work status and service performance, promptly identifying and assisting in resolving personnel management issues.

Assist regional teams in team building to enhance employee cohesion and execution.

Promote the implementation and inheritance of corporate culture across regions, creating a unified brand cultural atmosphere.

IV. Store Compliance Assistance and Emergency Issue Handling

Assist in handling emergencies during store operations, such as equipment failures, personnel disputes, and food safety incidents.

Establish an issue feedback mechanism to promptly report store issues to relevant departments and follow up on resolution progress to ensure normal store operations.

Assist in developing emergency plans and promoting drills based on local market conditions to enhance stores' ability to respond to emergencies.

Supervise store compliance with local laws and regulations during operations to prevent legal risks and reduce compliance issues.

V. Store Food Safety Supervision

Adopt the group's food safety management system and standards, formulate store food safety policies, and unify operational management standards; supervise the implementation of the food safety management system.

Conduct food safety risk assessments and monitoring for stores; organize optimization activities such as pest control and disinfection to ensure food safety risks are controllable.

Coordinate investigations into store food safety incidents, provide professional support, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement response measures.

Receive and handle food safety-related complaints, verify complaint details, determine responsibility, and promote closed-loop resolution of issues.

Develop and deliver food safety training plans and courses for stores, collaborating with the training department to ensure the effective implementation of food safety training.
