Chef

The Jobscope:

· Prepare and cook dishes from the menus

· Ensure high-quality presentation, taste and consistency

· Assist in menu development and seasonal specials

· Monitor food preparation and portion sizes

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas

· Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering when required

· Follow food safety guidelines and comply with kitchen procedures

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen, F&B teams & marketing department

and manage overall kitchen operation.

· Able to do food costing.

Job Requirements:

· Experience as a chef in Asian, Western cuisine or others as an added advantage

· Strong understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards

· Creativity and passion for high-quality food

· Ability to work efficiently during busy service times

· Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
