Chef/Kitchen Helper (HALAL)

Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.

2、Responsible to overseeing all kitchen operations.

3、Responsible for the stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.

4、Responsible to ensure safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

5、Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior and management from time to time.



Job Qualifications:

1、Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances.

2、Have good physical fitness, hardworking, loyal and honest, diligent and conscientious, someone who love their job, and possess strong sense of hospitality service

3、Willing to obey chef's orders



岗位职责：

1、确保每日所提供的餐饮质量满意并能按时准备供食。

2、负责监督整体厨房操作流程和实际状况。

3、负责监督食材和烹饪设备的库存状况，及时下单补货。

4、负责确保厨房的安全和卫生标准。

5、完成上级领导不定时交办的其他工作。



任职资格：

1、熟悉一般厨房设备及用具的使用和处理。

2、具有良好的身体素质，吃苦耐劳、忠实诚信、勤勉尽责，热爱本职，有较强的服务意识。

3、愿意听从厨师长的指示。
