Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on corporate strategy, investment decisions, and long-term value creation

Lead and drive finance transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, systems enhancement, and data-driven decision-making

Shape and execute strategies to enhance profitability, scalability, and operational efficiency across the region

Support M&A, restructuring, or expansion initiatives where relevant

Regional Financial Stewardship

Provide strategic oversight of financial performance across multiple Southeast Asian markets

Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management frameworks

Drive disciplined capital allocation, cash flow optimisation, and funding strategies

Commercial & Operational Excellence

Partner with commercial and operational leaders to optimise pricing strategy, margin management, and channel profitability

Provide strategic insights into product portfolio, market expansion, and cost structures

Influence key business decisions through robust financial analytics and forward-looking insights

Leadership & Organisation Development

Build and lead a high-performing, future-ready finance organisation across the region

Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement

Act as a change leader to embed transformation and best practices across finance and business functions

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent preferred

Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including regional or group-level responsibilities

Proven track record in a senior leadership role (CFO / Finance Director) within FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments

Demonstrated experience in: Business transformation and finance modernisation; strategic business partnering at executive/board level; driving profitability, growth, and operational efficiency across complex organisations

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes

Experience managing multi-country operations and cross-functional leadership teams

Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia
