Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop overall marketing strategies, brand positioning, annual plans and budgets, taking into account both the B2B enterprise market and the decentralized Web3 market. Clarify differentiated positioning and collaborative approaches for the two business lines, and ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Branding and Communication: Shape a professional, credible and innovative brand image. Manage official websites, social media, media relations, content marketing, events and exhibitions. Meanwhile, deploy marketing channels suitable for Web3, such as Discord, Twitter/X, Telegram, Mirror, DAO communities, industry media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) ecosystem. Maintain a unified brand voice, convey core values, and enhance brand awareness and reputation.
User Growth and Customer Acquisition: Establish systems for B2B customer acquisition and Web3 user/community growth. Formulate strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention and monetization, including innovative approaches such as guiding on-chain behaviors, encouraging community participation, designing token incentive models and promoting ecological cooperation. Monitor Return on Investment (ROI), and continuously optimize marketing channels and conversion efficiency.
Ecosystem and Cooperation: Lead the integration of industry resources, and establish in-depth partnerships with exchanges, public chains, project teams, investment institutions, media, KOLs and communities. Plan joint activities, build industry ecosystems, and promote cooperation related to tokens and products, so as to expand market coverage and increase business value.
Product and Marketing Collaboration: Participate deeply in product planning, and provide insights into market trends and user needs. Develop strategies for product launch, promotion and user education. In particular, deliver clear and understandable marketing messages for complex Web3 products (covering aspects such as technology, economic models and compliance).
Data Analysis and Review: Establish marketing indicator systems to track brand exposure, user growth, community activity, on-chain data, conversion rates and revenue. Propose adjustments to strategies and optimization solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in marketing, business administration, communication, finance or related fields are preferred.
Over 8 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 4 years of experience in marketing within the Web3/blockchain industry; with proven track records in brand building, user growth and community operation; familiar with the logic of both traditional B2B marketing and Web3 user growth.
Proficient in the Web3 ecosystem, community operation, token economics, and the operation models of industry media and channels. Have in-depth understanding of the needs and behaviors of target users (including enterprise clients, cryptocurrency users, developers and community members).
Possess strategic thinking, strong business acumen, capabilities in resource integration and negotiation, and good at cross-team and ecological collaboration.
Understand the boundaries of industry compliance, and able to strike a balance between innovation and compliance. Have excellent skills in content creation, communication and crisis management.
Open to changes, sensitive to new technologies and trends, and able to iterate strategies quickly to adapt to market dynamics.
