Chief Operating Officer

Key deliverables:

1. People Management & People Development:

a. Train, Coach & Mentor team constantly raising the Benchmarks

b. Develop the team to take up higher responsibilities

c. Motivate the team towards continuous improvement as a part of daily activity

d. Implement development plan & succession plan for Key resources

e. Ensure employee engagement is maintained at the required level



2. Financial:

a. To monitor operational and financial performance for HHBPO plants to ensure meeting agreed targets.

b. To manage the operational efficiency improvement across operational functions

c. Develop Plants as business entities

d. Ensure Inventory is managed at optimal level



3. Operations:

a. Ensure Safety standards are raised and adhered constantly

b. Lead, guide & improve operational performance across HHBPO

c. Develop & improve Supply Chain function and implement Warehouse Management System

d. Drive the continuous improvement projects across HHBPO



4. Project & Quality Management:

a. Lead new Product development initiatives with Business Development & Project team

b. To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS)

c. To liaise with major customers of companies periodically to maintain good customer relationship.

d. To foster innovative collaboration between partners in automotive networks to attain a higher level of cooperation with all respective suppliers.



5. Internal Business Process:

a. To provide clear direction on improvement and innovation (Lean Manufacturing)

b. To monitor that the companies complying with the Group policies and standards.

c. To ensure project requirements are communicated and adhered to the organization and incorporated into the project plan and other project documentation.
