Claims Associate & Analyst - Glenmarie

Key Responsibilities
-Conduct initial investigations on client claim submissions and summarize findings
-Maintain and organize claims documentation and digital filing systems
-Support reporting on DSP (Delivery Service Provider) counter claims
-Assist in the development of automation tools to streamline the claims process
-Respond to miscellaneous client inquiries and requests related to claims
-Recommend process improvements using Excel functions or other automation methods
-Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the claims department

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
-Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus)
-Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
-Able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
-Willing to work according to U.S. business hours (EST/PST time zones)
-Previous experience in claims, logistics, or data analysis is an added advantage
