Client Engagement Executive, Penang

Principal Responsibilities:

-The job holder will focus on identifying prospects, executing acquisition activities such as roadshow or events, and ensuring quality on-boarding to achieve individual and team sales target. The job holder also required to cross-sell retails banking products such as credit cards, borrowing and Mortgage referrals

-Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retails business in line with IWPB strategic direction

-Support and engage in roadshow or events including approach prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result

-Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities

-To champion and drive a culture that supports the HSBC branded customer experience

-Provide quality after sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships

Qualifications - External

-Min Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experience

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customer effectively

-Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment

-High level of self-discipline, accountability and willingness to learn from mistakes to avoid repeated errors

-Demonstrated experience in acquiring affluent segment with strong products knowledge in Cards, Loan and Borrowing products

-Multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin) to cater to diverse customer segments

-Willing to work in shift rotation
