Client Manager (Recruitment Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our growing recruitment agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring successful delivery of recruitment services. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and the internal recruitment team, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service.

This position is ideal for individuals who are strong in communication, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for sales and business development within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely and successful candidate placements
- Identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery
