Client Relationship Executive

Entrusted by hundreds of corporations nationwide, we assist customers with our "Triple A" strategy i.e. Application, Analyze and Alert to enhance prevention and protection against risk of payment default by debtors. Our call center and advisory team provide strategic consulting to improve customers’ overall collection and recovery efficiencies.

We are looking for Client Relationship Executive who can build relationships with customers and facilitate renewal sales. Your main tasks will include developing renewal sales funnels as well as servicing clients. Attractive benefits package awaits successful candidates!


Job Descriptions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate debt management plans and financial solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting company services to prospective clients and converting inquiries into signed agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high standard of client care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and resolution of debt management strategies.
- Educate clients on financial wellness strategies to foster long-term stability.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.


Job Requirement:
- Proven experience in sales, or client relationship management.
- A strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- High level of empathy and a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
