Client & Sales Administration (Manufacturing)

About the Role
We are hiring for a well-established manufacturing company seeking detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officer to support order management and customer coordination.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with production, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders and coordinate closely with the production team for fulfilment

Liaise with forwarders to arrange shipments and prepare import/export documentation

Prepare delivery orders for finished goods

Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery

Provide routine reports to management and customers on order progress

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service performance

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

Preferably 2 years of experience in manufacturing (metal or plastic injection is an advantage)

Experience in order processing, shipment arrangement, and documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, high integrity, and strong interpersonal skills
