Client Service Executive / Sales

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, networking, events, and referrals.
-Actively promote and sell our life and educational courses / consultation services / related products to prospective customers.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs and services to meet their goals.
-Spearhead riveting sales events or workshops, working in unison with team members to create exceptional sales opportunities.
-Contribute to our active sales pipeline by keeping our clients engaged with our latest event updates and product launches.
-Propel the pulse of our sales performance, aiming to consistently meet and surpass individual KPIs.
-Serve as the trusted liaison for all client interactions, ensuring that they receive the highest level of customer service consistently.
-Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports

What We’re Looking For:
-SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven success in a sales-driven role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
-Interest in Chinese Metaphysics: A keen enthusiasm for the industry is a plus!
-Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
-Ability to speak in bilingual language is an advantage.
-Confidence in handling objections and sealing deals.
-Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales analytics will be an added advantage.
-Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Can work independently or within a team.
-Open to occasional travel if required.
