Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at Regency Medical Care Centre Sdn Bhd, Midvalley Southkey in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records

Handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional manner

Assisting patients with treatment or investigation appointments across departments

Ensuring follow-up appointments are properly explained and updated in the HIS system

Assisting healthcare professionals with various administrative tasks

Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised and well-stocked

Providing general support to the healthcare team as needed

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant policies and procedures
