CNC Machinist /Double Column

- To assist Immediate Superior to be overall responsible for the day-to-day operations in the respective Production area.

- To arrange and monitor the work schedule for the worker.

- To monitor and record the capacity of of machine run.

- To do a routine check for machinery, equipments maintenance and update the record list.

- To acknowledge on the "Job Traveller" upon receive "Goods in Process" from other department.

- To monitor and record the capacity of machine run.

- To update Job Planning / Output Report daily.

- To ensure that materials are used effectively and equipments are well cared and maintained

- To monitoring production progress with respect to delivery requirement.

- To ensure all filling and procedures complies with the flow registered in the ISO9001:2000 certification.

- To observe the 5S programs and safety preventions in the production area

- To ensure parts are produced according to the delivery deadline stated.

- To ensure the daily recording of production output and rejection.

- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- To comply Company 5S Implementation.
