What will you do:
Support customers and sales teams with comprehensive order processing, managing pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock information, and credit details
Handle technical and non-technical customer support across multiple channels including phone, online chat, and text
Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency standards
Participate in revenue generation activities through lead qualification, outbound campaigns, and quotation preparation
Act as a vital liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
What will make you successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Engineering technology background is preferred, candidates from other relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and interest in supporting business or customer‑facing functions.
Internship availability: Must be able to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle both routine and complex customer interactions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
