Community Operations

- Responsible for executing merchant category operations on the platform, including inviting merchants to join the platform and publishing business information.

- Follow up with onboarded merchants to ensure their business information is complete and up to date.

- Identify and explore merchants' business needs, and coordinate with the Operations and Business Development teams to drive business conversion.

- Manage merchant partnerships, including advertising, resource exchanges, and social media collaborations.

- Manage the daily operations of online communities, including engagement, moderation, and responding to member inquiries.

- Maintain customer relationships and handle customer information.

- Plan and execute community activities, and optimise strategies based on campaign performance.

- Develop innovative community growth strategies and establish community growth targets.
