Company Driver

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the assigned individual(s).

Drive and operate the assigned vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safe driving practices.

Ensure the cleanliness, roadworthiness, and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle, including coordinating regular servicing and maintenance.

Handle and operate Electric Vehicle (EV) cars, including charging, basic troubleshooting, and use of EV-specific features.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers, destinations, and any sensitive information.

Assist with loading, unloading, and handling luggage or other items as required.

Run errands and perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the assigned individual(s).

Use navigation systems and mobile applications to plan routes and avoid traffic congestion.

Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time.



QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum secondary school qualification (e.g. SPM or equivalent).

At least 3 – 5 years working experience as a company/personal driver.

Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Possess a valid driving license, with the ability to read and understand road signs and written instructions.

Clean driving record and strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.

Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and defensive driving.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in driving and handling Electric Vehicle (EV) cars, including charging and basic maintenance.

Strong familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.

Professional and well-groomed appearance with strong customer service orientation.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Good time management and organisational skills; punctual and reliable.

Physically fit and able to handle luggage or other heavy items.

Willingness and flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and relevant mobile applications for route planning.
