Compliance Ops Support Executive - 6 months contract

Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume shared inboxes and ServiceNow queues, ensuring timely response and resolution of compliance queries

Provide first-level system support (user access, issue troubleshooting, process guidance)

Support Third-Party Risk Assessments (AFC) and compliance onboarding processes

Handle Conflict of Interest (CoI) declarations, follow-ups, and system updates

Process exemptions for global training and e-learning programs

Support Standards of Business Conduct (SoBC) annual activities and reporting

Collaborate with global stakeholders including Legal Counsel and Compliance teams

Deliver compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders

Assist in testing and improving compliance systems and applications

Requirements
Experience & Skill

Experience managing high-volume inbox / service desk / ticketing system

Familiar with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Experience in KYC/KYS / third-party onboarding / risk assessment

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Good communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume emails professionally

Experience working with stakeholders across different countries

Technical Advantage

Exposure to systems like COUPA, SAP, Convercent, Power BI

Experience in compliance-related areas (AML, Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interest, etc.)
