Concierge (vehicle delivery)

• Collect and deliver vehicles between hosts, subscribers, and service partners

• Conduct vehicle inspections with photos at every handover, documenting condition accurately and professionally

• Resolve on-the-spot issues or concerns from hosts and subscribers during pick-ups and drop-offs

• Coordinate with workshops and service centers for maintenance, repairs, and inspections

• Provide timely updates to internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

• Represent the FLUX brand with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail at all times
