Confinement Consultant

Attend to enquiries from mothers and families regarding our confinement packages and services.
Explain confinement packages, facilities, room options, services and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Conduct centre and room tours for prospective customers.
Follow up with enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
Build good relationships with customers and provide professional customer service.
Handle customer bookings, confirmations and necessary documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support the team in meeting business goals.
Assist in promoting confinement packages, events and marketing activities.
Coordinate with the Operations, Nursing and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and sales.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
